WTVS serves an approximately 140 mile radius from Lubbock city center, allowing internal medicine specialty access not only to Lubbock practices but also surrounding communities including Amarillo, Andrews, Big Spring, Brownfield, Canyon, Colorado City, Crosbyton, Denver City, Dimmitt, Friona, Hereford, Lamesa, Levelland, Littlefield, Lockney, Midland, Muleshoe, Odessa, Plainview, Post, Seminole, Shallowater, Slaton, Snyder, Spur, Sweetwater, and Wolfforth.
